Warranty

RSV Productions, Inc. warrants that all materials and products sold by the company will i) be fit for the purposes for which they were intended by the purchaser ii) be merchantable and free of defects and faulty workmanship, material or design.

Our warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied icluding any implied warranty of merchantability.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Customer shall carefully inspect the Product immediately after the Customer has received it.

In the case of delivery of damaged, missing or wrong Products or other problem Customer shall submit a claim in writing to the Company. The claim must be submitted by Customer in writing within two weeks from the actual delivery.  The claim may also be emailed to customerservice@playjishaku.com.

The claim shall include (i) full product information about the purchased products (ii) information about what the issue is with the PRODUCT -whether it be damaged or missing pieces along (iii) order confirmation (iv) Customer contact information.

Customer shall send the claim to address: RSV Productions, Inc., Claims Dept., 15432 N. Nebraska Ave., Lutz, FL 33549 by mail or to customerservice@playjishaku.com.

In the absence of any missing or damaged parts ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
